RETURN POLICY.
*Eligibility for Returns:*

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original packing .
*Non-Returnable Items:*
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

RETURN PROCESS

To raise a request and initiate a return, contact us at [email : kimeaccessories.in@gmail.com ] with your order number ,a 360 degree video while opening the product from its original packing in a well lit room along with details about the item you wish to return.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions and will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address

Re-use the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper care and protection

Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact

They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages

Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for a return.
REFUND POLICY
Processing Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original method of payment within *5-10 business days after receiving your product.
-There is no reverse shipping fees levied on any return requests.
-Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
-Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value.
